Every tritium tube we ship is inspected and sealed. If your order includes a tritium option, here's how to verify it on arrival — and our policy if something isn't right.

Quick Inspection Guide

Find a completely dark space, such as a closet or bathroom with all lights off.

Open the package and inspect the tritium tube immediately on the delivery date.

Place the item in total darkness and let your eyes adjust for about 30 seconds.

An intact tritium tube should glow on its own and does not require any light charging.

If the tube does not glow or shows any defect, you must contact us by email no later than the end of the day following delivery. Photos of the defective tube must be provided together with the original packaging. Delivery time is determined solely by the carrier's tracking information and delivery confirmation record. Claims reported after this deadline will not be accepted.

We want you fully happy with your tritium glow, so every tube is inspected before shipping. To protect both sides, please inspect the item immediately upon opening the package on the delivery date, checked in a completely dark environment. The delivery date and time are determined by the carrier's tracking information and delivery confirmation record.
