I was dreading the hassle of hunting down a missing screw for my order, but sending a photo of the part in my email made it so easy. They got back to me with the exact price in under 24 hours, and the whole thing felt genuinely painless.
I emailed them with my order number and a photo of the missing buckle, and they replied in about 5 hours with a price that felt totally fair. The whole process took less than a week from first email to having the part in my hand, which saved me from buying a whole new accessory.
Was nervous about not finding the exact shade of the strap I'd broken, but attaching a photo made it easy for them to identify it. The 24-hour reply was accurate and the price quote felt fair for the convenience.
